At 41 Alistair has spent 15 years working in residential property in both Central London and Cambridge. In the early 1990s Alistair created and ran one of Cambridge’s leading investment and residential letting agencies - acquiring and managing over 400 Cambridge properties. In more recent years Alistair was a co-founder and director of Highland Homes prior to selling his shares in 2004. Alistair is also is a non-executive director and shareholder of K2Capital an international hotels investment group specialising in the acquisition of international resort hotels. |

Ed aged 38 years old graduated from South Bank University in 1994 and worked as a Chartered Surveyor in London. His early experience was in commercial property and Ed has been involved in residential development schemes since 1997 and ran a specialist property investment and development company in London before forming Blue Acre Developments Ltd in July 2004. Ed’s skill include site finding, planning, funding and project management. |
